MBC Securities provides tailored Asset management solutions to large institutional investors as well as high net worth individuals which typically have varying investment objectives. The range of offerings in this product class is Discretionary, Semi-Discretionary and Non-Discretionary portfolios.

Our portfolio management services are offered under the under listed broad categories;

Discretionary: suitable for clients who wish to leave the investment decision-making process entirely to MBCSEC, thereby relying on our technical expertise. MBCSEC takes full responsibility for the decision making on this portfolio. MBCSEC offers a negotiable annual guaranteed return on this account.

Semi-discretionary: suitable for clients who want to be partly involved in the management of their investment. The decision-making process would involve contribution both from MBCSEC and the clients.

Non-discretionary: suitable for clients who want to be actively involved in the management of their investment, and prefer to make their own investment decisions. Decisions to buy and sell, therefore, will only be made with the client’s consent. Clients who opt for this service will be provided with advisory and execution service only
